DELIVERY ABROAD

Speci.fi orders are processed daily and delivered by Posti Group (the Finnish national post office) and its international partners.

An item tracking code is attached to each Speci.fi order. The code is sent to you by e-mail and you can track your order location at any time:  Posti Item Tracking

Pick up the products you have ordered from a postal outlet. Bring your personal ID with you.

Items are delivered to the recipient’s address after import clearance, if any, has been taken care of.

Parcel to Europe

Pick up the products you have ordered from a service point regarding the country. You will receive an SMS when the parcel has arrived.

Pick-up from SmartPOST parcel point in Estonia

Pink up the products you have ordered from the SmartPOST parcel point you have selected. You will receive an SMS when the parcel has arrived. See the location of points.

Speci.fi orders are delivered to most European countries, the US, Canada and Russian Federation. Delivery methods, costs and times depend on destination country. The usual delivery time in Finland is 1-2 business days and to other areas 3-8 business days.

 

DELIVERY TO FINLAND

Our partners’ comprehensive pickup point network in Finland allows you a convenient receipt of your order. In the shopping cart you can choose the most suitable pick-up point near your home, workplace, along shopping trip or alternatively you can order the products directly to your home or work place.

You can also order products to an address that is not your home address or you may have your order delivered to a completely different recipient. Delivery to a secondary address or recipient is selected in the shopping cart.

Ordered products will arrive to you in 1-4 business days. If you order before 3 pm. on business day, your package will usually be dispatched from our warehouse the same day.

DELIVERY TO POSTI SERVICE POINT NEAR THE BORDER (5,50€)

You can order to preferred address in Russia or to a Posti service point offices in Finland, near the border between Finland and Russian, that are mentioned below. The contact information in the order must contain receivers’ first and last names and one of the mentioned addresses. It is illegal to use another persons’ name without permission.

The order arrives directly to chosen c/o- postal address and is delivered there as soon as possible. The parcel can be picked-up by showing the text message that is sent to receivers’ phone with notice of arrival. Receiver should also prove his identity by showing his passport. The visit to the post office should be scheduled in the first part of the day and the order should be paid in advance in the online-shop. This way all the services will be taken care of as quickly as possible. Parcel receiver is responsible for disposal of the packaging material. Posti doesn’t accept packaging waste.

REMEMBER: Choose Finland as a destination country and "Pick-up at desired Posti service point" as a delivery method in the shopping cart.

NOTE: Orders, which are delivered directly to Russia, are VAT-free. VAT is automatically deducted from an order's price in the shopping cart. Orders, which are delivered to border pickup points in Finland, include VAT (24%).

HOME DELIVERY IN RUSSIA (23€)

Express Mail Service (EMS)

EMS is fast delivery service and it’s delivered directly to recipient’s address. The service covers the whole country.

• For parcels and documents

Delivery times to Russia (based on actual average delivery times ):

• To Moscow and St. Petersburg 2-3 workdays

• Other areas 5-6 workdays

• Delivery times might be longer during the peak seasons

About the service:

• EMS parcel are always transported and delivered using the fastest possible routes

• Parcels are delivered to the recipient’s home address

• If the delivery fails the second delivery attempt will be made or notice of arrival will be left to the

address

• EMS parcels can be tracked

• Posti is not responsible of any delays caused by customs

• There is an extra compensation possibility up to 500 € if the parcel gets damaged or lost

In Russia the EMS parcels are delivered by Russia Post (Почта России)

• EMS parcels are delivered directly to the recipient’s home address during workdays, between 9 am and 6 pm

• P.O.Box addresses cannot be used

• The recipient’s phone number must be written to the address label, in case he or she must be contacted

• Courier might try to reach the recipient about the delivery

• There are two delivery attempts. In case the deliveries fail the notice of arrival will be left to the address and the recipient must pick up the parcel from the post office

• When receiving the parcel the recipient must show his or her passport and sign the parcel

• Storage time in Russia is 30 days
